Cast-iron burners and flame spreaders, fully removable for easy cleaning. Pilot flame protected by an extinguishing cover, separated from the burner body. Burners operated by valve taps made in Italy Tap with safety thermocouple. Enamelled cast iron pan supports for long life. As standard, the gas connection is provided at the front of the machine base. Alternative connection at the rear during installation is possible thanks to the gas ramp with double inlet.
